Our products

Bags Beyond offers made-to-order leather bags.

All bags are made individually after a request or order has been reviewed and confirmed. This includes designs inspired by our sample pieces. Sample pieces shown on our website are design examples and starting points, not ready-made stock items.

Custom requests

Submitting a custom request through our website does not create a binding order.

A custom request is completely non-binding. After receiving your request, we review your idea and check whether it can be made. We may contact you for additional details, reference images or clarification.

After review, you may receive a personal quote by email. This quote may include the estimated price, production time, shipping details and next steps.

An order is only placed once you have accepted the quote and completed the required payment.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros.

For made-to-order pieces, the final price may depend on the design, size, leather, material, hardware, details and production complexity.

For custom requests, the final price will be confirmed in your personal quote before you decide to place your order.

Payment must be completed before production begins.

Production

Each bag is made individually by hand. Because of the handmade production process, small variations in color, leather texture, measurements, hardware, details or finish may occur.

These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and do not automatically count as defects.

We reserve the right to decline a request if the design cannot be made, if required materials are unavailable or if the request is outside our production possibilities.

Shipping

We currently ship within Germany and the European Union.

Shipping within Germany and the European Union is free of charge.

Production and delivery times depend on the individual order. Estimated production and delivery times will be stated in your quote or communicated to you by email.

Cancellations

For custom bags and made-to-order pieces, production begins after your order has been confirmed and paid.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bagsbeyond.com

Cancellation may only be possible before production has started. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns and refunds

All bags are made to order.

Because custom-made and clearly personalized goods may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, made-to-order pieces cannot usually be returned simply because you changed your mind. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing correct and complete information when submitting a request or placing an order. This includes your name, email address, shipping address, design details, size preferences and reference images.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Reference images and design requests

You may upload or send reference images, sketches, screenshots or moodboards to help us understand your idea.

By submitting reference materials, you confirm that you are allowed to share them with us for the purpose of reviewing and producing your request.

We do not guarantee that we can copy a reference item exactly. References are used to understand the overall direction, shape, color, material, mood or details of your idea.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or remove products, sample designs, prices, materials or services at any time.

We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version available on our website at the time of your order applies.
