Real leather, made by hand. Here's what goes into your bag
— and how to keep it looking good.
To help us create the most accurate version of your vision, we recommend providing as much information as possible. The best references are photos, sketches, mood boards, or collages showing the shape, colors, materials, patterns, hardware, and overall style you have in mind.
In the description field, you can explain exactly how you'd like your bag to look. For example:
We also encourage you to include measurements whenever possible, such as the bag's width, height, depth, handle drop, or strap length.
The more details you provide, the more accurately our artisans and manufacturers in Indonesia can bring your vision to life. However, this is not a requirement. Your references do not need to be perfectly precise — they simply serve as a guide. If certain details are missing, we'll use our expertise and aesthetic judgment to create the best possible version of your design idea.
Honestly, send us everything, go crazy with it and don't let anything get in the way of your creativity. And if something doesn't quite work in real life, gets pricier than you expected, or it's a 1:1 copy of a branded bag, we'll just tell you before anything is made and suggest ways to get close. Nothing's made or paid until you're happy with the plan.
We do not produce direct replicas of copyrighted designer products. However, we can create custom designs inspired by certain styles or aesthetics.
No. The design direction comes from you. You provide the idea, references, and preferences, and we translate them into a handcrafted bag.
We can help clarify details if something is unclear, but we do not create an entirely new design concept from scratch.
All of our bags are handcrafted in Bali, Indonesia, by our trusted production partner. We work closely with experienced artisans who specialize in handmade leather goods and made-to-order production.
Our leather is sourced from Java, Indonesia, allowing us to combine locally sourced materials with traditional craftsmanship and careful hand-finishing.

Because leather is a natural material, slight variations in texture, grain, and color are part of what makes every piece unique.
Yes. Every bag is handcrafted in Bali by experienced artisans rather than mass-produced in factories.
From selecting the leather and cutting the patterns to stitching, assembling, and finishing, each step is carried out by hand.
Every bag is made to order after your design has been reviewed and approved. The production itself takes place in Bali, where your bag is handcrafted and finished by hand.
After production, the bag is shipped to us first for final checking, packaging, and preparation before it is sent to you. Because the process includes hand production, international shipping, quality control, and final delivery, the full timeline usually takes around 3–5 weeks.
Yes. Your design is reviewed before production begins, and you will receive the final price once all important details are confirmed.
If something is unclear or if your request requires adjustments, we will contact you first. Production only starts once the design, price, and timeline have been confirmed.

Payment is required after your design has been reviewed and approved. Once everything is confirmed, you will receive a payment link to complete your order.
We do not start production before payment has been received.
Not necessarily. Sample pieces are meant to give you a starting point, but the final price still depends on the materials, size, hardware, and customization details you choose.
A simple color or hardware change may be more affordable than a fully custom design, but each piece is still made to order and priced individually.
We charge a flat shipping fee of €19 per order.
This fee contributes to international shipping and final delivery. We handle the import process, customs duties, quality control, and final packaging ourselves before shipping your bag to you.
Our goal is to keep the process as simple and transparent as possible, so customers generally do not need to deal with customs procedures or additional import charges.

Because every custom bag is made specifically for you, custom-made pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for personal reasons.
This includes cases where you change your mind after approval, prefer a different color, or decide you no longer want the design. We therefore recommend providing clear references and checking all details carefully before confirming your order.
